Commercial Places Manufacturers, Suppliers, Importers, Dealers in Mumbai India

For commercial spaces, mostly herbal medications are used, Herbal meds are mostly odorless and eco-friendly too. While for the domestic purpose, people generally prefer chemical meds due to their slightly lower prices. We’ll be focusing on the commercial pest control process.
The process starts with an inspection followed by choosing the treatment method then the application begins. Let’s look at each one in detail:

1. Inspection for commercial pest control :

Pests can quickly spread throughout the building if they gain access to high-density housing or multi-occupation properties like hotels. Even if one area is left untreated in the building, it can act a hub for re-infection. It is useful for the technician if he is provided with a building plan.
During inspection a full site survey of the whole premises and identification of signs of pest activity is done and data is collected regarding rooms or areas adjacent to the infected area, areas where evidence (fresh droppings, footprints, smear marks, odour, damage to food cartons etc.) of pest have been found and possible entry points.

2. Treatment method used for commercial pest control:

There are basically two methods for treatment i.e. chemical or non-chemical. This decision is made according to the merchant/business. Hotels, restaurants and general stores mostly prefer herbal meds or non-chemical method. Herbal method is slightly on the expensive side and takes 3-4 days to be effective but is non-poisonous and safe, thus preferred by the above businesses.
Additionally, if there is an existing treatment carried out recently at the premises by another pest control company, the technician cannot commence any treatment until the owner gives an assurance that the other contract has been terminated and all the baits (if installed) placed previously are removed.
